I need my furniture very urgently. How can I get it quickly?

Our general aim is to delivery our furniture within 5-10 business days from date of order even though the majority of our customers will receive delivery within a week. If you require an urgent delivery then please contact us and we shall try our best to help.
In very rare circumstances if an order is going to be delivered outside the stipulated lead time such as when an item is out of stock, we shall contact you accordingly.

Do you price match?

Yes, we do offer a price match. Please send us a link to the product you have seen cheaper and we can look into offering you the cheaper price.

Can you offer me a discount on my order?

Can I view the item prior to purchase?

In order to offer the best and most competitive prices we like to keep our costs down and therefore we do not have a showroom for public viewing. However, we offer a hassle free peace of mind 14 day money back guarantee on all orders.

May I request a wood sample?

Yes, we have samples available for most of our ranges. To obtain a sample simply email the name of the range, product and reference code along with your name, address and contact telephone number to [email protected]. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

My item is faulty. What do I do next?

Even though we have a strict quality control operation, sometimes an item may slip through the net. However, not to worry as will ensure we resolve any problems with you in the most amicable way possible. Please send us an email with your order number and images of the issues. My item has been delivered but it is not quite what I was looking for. Can I return it?

We offer a 14 day returns policy on all items. For more information, please refer to our returns policy.

I need delivery on a specific day as I can’t take the time off work. Can this be arranged?

In most cases, yes. However, it is probably best to give us a call on the number shown at the top of the page so we can get some more information from you. We can look into options such as specific day deliveries, weekend deliveries or you could even get the item to be left safe such as in a garage or porch or with a neighbour.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we can deliver to Northern Ireland but a delivery surcharge may be applicable. Please contact us for a quote.
